Maudie’s is a Phoenix local queer pop-up event. They reached out to me to create art for their one year anniversary event. I created a versatile illustration for both the flyer and the tee design. Maudie’s is all about forming community connections, whether that’s romantic, platonic, or just gathering with other queer people in a welcoming environment. I wanted the art to reflect that fun spark of connective possibility that Maudie’s always offers.
